having written two dessert cookbooks, i am well versed in recipe development. for sky high, i developed original recipes to all components used in more than 40 cakes. this included fillings, frostings, syrups and cake layers as well as decorating instructions. for desserts from the famous loveless cafe, i once again developed original recipes used in each of the desserts.
as a writer for my personal blog, will garden for cake, i have developed many recipes. my personal preference is baking and pastry work and my efforts are concentrated in desserts, pastries and baked goods with the occasional main dish thrown in. as a gardener and a beekeeper, it is not unusual to find these elements in my work.
